5, Caledon Street, Little Oak is a quaint and private, one bedroom, self-catering cottage nestled in the gorgeous village of Greyton. It is pet friendly on request, and has a big, enclosed garden, with a small pool and an outside braai.

Cool in summer and cosy in winter, the living space on the ground floor includes a comfy lounge area with a big fireplace, couch and huge fatSak. The downstairs area also has a dining room table and benches, and a small kitchen with a two-plate gas stove, fridge, microwave, air fryer and even a juicer! Tea, coffee, salt and pepper are included so that you don’t have to pack these basics. There is a small library of books, games and puzzles for you to enjoy during your stay and we provide enough wood and firelighters for your first night.

Up the steepish, but very sturdy 12-step staircase is a wonderful open plan bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet with a door. There is plenty of space to unpack your bags, a desk and chair if you need to do some writing or work, and a Snooza mattress for one additional guest (preferably a kiddie). Bath towels are included.

Parking is off the street under a car park, which is where you may decide to leave the car for the time you are in Greyton as all the eateries, shops, gift shops and galleries are a mere 5-10 minute walk away from the cottage.

Little Oak is the ideal place for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat. Completely private, the cottage is located in a quiet street with views of mountains, hills and koppies.

2023 RATES
Low Season (week nights) – R1 680 per night
Low Season (weekends) – R1 890 per night – Minimum 2-night stay
Festive Season (16 December – 10 January – R2 200 per night – Minimum 5-nights

TERMS
Check-in time: 14:00 – 18:00
Check-out time: 10:00

Please advise Little Oak Cottage of your estimated time of arrival. Early or late check-in may be arranged.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
Dog levy – R150 per dog, per stay.
No dogs on the furniture or in the pool.
One additional guest is welcome on the Snooza, at a rate of R250 per day for under 12s and R650 a day for over 12s. (Note there is a pool and a small unenclosed dam on the property.)

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of the booking.
The full balance is payable one week prior to arrival.
