Events in Greyton

Our Festivals are iconic. During the last 2 weekends of October the annual Rose Fair takes place music fills the air, and nature brings a song to your heart, with the whole of Greyton bursting into flower and greenery in this most beautiful month of the Cape year.

The Greyton Genadendal Classics for All Festival is held annually in May. The charming churches with excellent acoustics provide the ideal venues for artists from all over. The Greyton Art Walk is held annually in November. Events over the weekend include workshops for children and adults, exhibitions and open artist’s studios.

Mountain biking is a very popular sport in the village – 150 km of biking trails have been laid out. MTB events throughout the year.
