The rooms
The spacious guesthouse rooms are decorated in a fresh country style and surround a pretty garden. Each room has its own veranda facing the garden. The air conditioned rooms all have tea & coffee stations and hairdryers. 24 hour internet access in the restaurant and pub.

The Post House restaurant and pub is open 7 days a week. We have a beauty salon on the premises and a pool for hotel guests
The Restaurant
Savor delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the Post House. A Blackboard menu offers a small but varied choice of dishes. A typical lunch menu would include a hearty bowl of Tuscan Bean Soup, Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Dipping Sauce, Beetroot and Goats Cheese Salad, mouth watering sandwiches served on freshly baked health breads or foccacia are another favorite. Pastas, Line Fish, Chicken Livers and Mezze Platters are also on offer during the day. Sunday lunches offer you something special for the day such a slow roasted lamb with all the trimmings. The dinner time menu offers Post House guests a more refined eating experience with favorites such as Hot and Sour Prawn & Coconut Curry, Lamb Cutlets, Slow Roasted Duck and Fillet Steak, Post House Line Fish and many more. These are but a few of the mouth watering dishes Executive Chef Bruce Elion and his Team offer guests.
The famous Post House pub has reopened it’s doors, much to the delight of those who remember the many wonderful evenings socializing there. Big Screen television for sports viewing.
Coffee Shop and Deli
The Post House, situated in the original Post Office building, has a welcoming relaxed atmosphere. In winter the fires burn all day and the sunny patio invites one to watch the village go by. The locals gather here daily for their fix of the best cappuccino in town. The Post House also serves a wicked hot chocolate as well as yummy milkshakes. Heavenly Cupcakes, delicious Chocolate Brownies and Cake of the Day are also part of the daily menu.
Special Occasions
Our restaurant can accommodate 50 people seated and is a wonderful venue for wedding receptions, birthdays or special tea’s. Whatever the occasion, we will provide the best service and atmosphere and can offer a custom designed menu to suit your needs. Our beautiful garden is also an option to host a celebration on a warm summer day or evening.
